As I was graduating High School I was surprised to find credit cards in my mail. I didn't apply for them and I didn't understand how I was eligible to receive this line of credit. Of course I knew what they were and that it wasn't free money but I didn't understand how far behind I could get by the inducement of moving future money into today's fixations.
As time went by and I was spending faster than I was earning over time ruined my credit. The lowest I ever got was somewhere below 500. I idled around between 544-589 for years. I finally hit a high of 644 when I tried to buy my second car 1999. When I started to pay attention I eventually jumped 200 points in 18 months. These days I am over 796 and as of my most recent report, I am up to 832.
